At Shop To Heaven we are committed to delivering your orders promptly.

• Processing: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
• Delivery estimate: Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 7–10 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates.
• Tracking: We email your tracking number once your order is shipped.
• Shipping charges: Available delivery options and charges are shown at checkout before payment.

Missing, damaged or incorrect deliveries

Please contact support@shoptoheaven.com as soon as possible if an item is missing, damaged or incorrect. For visible transit damage, preferably report it within 48 hours with photos of the package and item where available, so we can investigate promptly. This reporting request is not a deadline that removes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. We will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy as required by applicable law.
